I create linocuts and stories about feminine strength, intuition and the freedom to be yourself. In the world of the Shamans, my interest in nature and symbols meets the things that are difficult to put into words.
About the artist
I am a printmaker and a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. In my work, I return to womanhood — its sensitivity, strength and capacity for change. I am interested in both gentleness and the courage it takes to find your own path.
Shamanea grew out of that exploration. It draws on shamanic imagery, nature and my own legends. I want to create images that invite you to pause and find something personally meaningful. Each work has an intention, but you decide what place it will have in your life.
Linocut technique
I begin each image by carving the drawing into linoleum by hand. The gouge removes the areas that will remain light in the finished print. I ink the remaining surface and transfer the image to paper using a printing press.
Each print is made individually. The pressure of the press and the application of ink leave subtle differences that are part of the process. A defined edition is produced from each block, and I sign and number every print.
Workshop
Here, a drawing gradually becomes a printing block, and the block becomes a print. The work requires focus: every cut remains in the linoleum, and the image emerges through many small decisions.
The Shamans took nearly two years to create. Sometimes I set a drawing aside for several weeks before I understood who the figure was and what I wanted to express through her. That time is part of Shamanea, just as much as the lines and the legends.

We ship every print free of charge to all countries in Europe and North America, safely packed in crates or sturdy cardboard tubes.
Limited edition
Each print is part of a limited edition and bears a handwritten impression number. This means that the number of prints is limited and no additional impressions will ever be made.
Handwritten dedication
Shamanea is about both the prints and the intentions behind them. The artist adds a handwritten dedication to each Shaman print, reflecting the character of the chosen Shaman.
Certificate of authenticity
All prints are pulled by hand by the artist. Each shipment includes a signed certificate of authenticity describing the technique and bearing the unique impression number.
