One day, a mighty storm rolled into the valley, threatening the village with floods and avalanches. The frightened people begged Tengri for help. Fearless, she climbed into the mountains to face the storm. At the peak, wind drowned her prayers, and lightning struck near. Weakened, she fell to her knees—then heard a falcon’s cry. It soared despite the wind, fighting each gust. Its will gave her strength. Her song rose again. The final bolt struck, and the storm faded.

When she returned, the villagers asked how she had done it.
She answered:
— I didn’t conquer the storm. I survived it—because strength is not the absence of fear, but persistence when all seems lost.

Her story reminds us: when strength fails, endurance can calm any storm.
